Join us! The Nazun Summer Convenings

Join Nazun this summer as we launch our re-envisioned convention:
The Nazun Summer Convenings: Bake, Connect, and Create Change.
Two times each month this summer students, staff, and special guests will have the opportunity to participate in community building challah bakes as well as discussion panels with leaders in our mission of combating hunger on college campuses.
The Nazun Summer Convenings will kick off on June 16, at 6PM Eastern with a community challah bake with Rachel Marcus, a Nazun – Challah for Hunger Alumni from UC Berkeley, and currently the owner of @ChallysChallah. On June 22, at 6PM Eastern, join an important discussion with Rachel Sumekh, CEO of Swipe Out Hunger, for a conversation about racial justice in the work of addressing hunger on college campuses.
In July and August, we’ll continue the twice monthly engagement opportunities with challah bakes with Nazun – Challah for Hunger alumni and current challah business owners.
On top of these fun, casual baking get-togethers, Nazun is excited to partner with First Lady of Pennsylvania Frances Wolf to put together a panel discussion with First Spouses from around the country and other influential leaders to discuss coalition and movement building, and to learn how to engage un-elected officials in our advocacy efforts.
As the summer progresses, be on the lookout for more opportunities to bake, connect, and create change with our Nazun Summer Convenings.
